At first, we had a disappointment when it came to room service and communicating certain rules/disclaimers, however, I have to say that a staff member by the name of Kean on the checkout turned the table around, and I can confidently say that I left with a big smile on my face with the intention of booking again with this location in the future when I come to Laval.

Everything ! The bed was great and we will come back soon. I like the room in the back of the hotel. I also loved that we could bring our doggie border collie with us. This is my favorite hotel !
